Memorial Day in KC

This is the Fam at Liberty Jail. Matt's mom lives in Richmond, not too far from Liberty. This was our first stop of the day. We go to Liberty Jail every time we go to KC, but I still get it confused with Carthage. They have a different narration each time, so you never hear the same story twice. The ceiling is so low, Dad would not be able to stand up straight if he were in there.

This is outside Matt's favorite BBQ place. It is arguably the BEST BBQ is KC. Mom was really not excited about going, but even she like the food. (Just not the sauce!?) We had so many left overs, I just finished mine last week!
We went to the Royals baseball game, they played Seattle. We got a free bobble head at the door. The Royals are arguably the worst team in baseball, next to the Washington Nationals. They fans aren't shy about expressing their disappointment.
After the game it started raining cats and dogs. Really pounding Midwestern rain! We got into a fender bender in the parking lot of the gas station in Liberty. A kid in a huge truck backed into Matt's mom's car. It was still drivable though, so we were lucky. But could not open up the passenger's side door!?
